I have experience implementing cultural and behavioral change at all levels of an organization, and skilled at building guiding coalitions for systemic change.
I have a strong background in Agile and Lean methodologies, and have over 7 years of experience tailoring an the approach to benefit the client by delivering high-quality products using improved communications and appropriate delivery practices. I hold accreditations with the Scrum Alliance, (CSP-SM, A-CSM) Kanban University, (KSI) Scrum at Scale (@scale SM, PO and Agile) and SaFE (SA) to name a few.
From international organisations to startups in, I have experience working in delivery, product, and operations roles for both private (B2B, telco, Insurance & Finance) and public sector clients.
